There are advantages to both methods. That's why my group programs include both group learning with 1-1 private sessions for maximum benefit! This is what Jesus modeled with the His disciples. Our clients love the personal attention of the 1-1 sessions, but also get enriched learning from each other in the group meetings. Private coaching is for women who want to dig into the issues of life and pursue personal and spiritual growth in a customized way. Both are very effective with the right coach!
Yes, materials are included and easy to download and print for personal use. Group members have access to the online training portal through the website. A simple login takes you to the next video lesson with materials you can easily download and print. Private coaching clients are emailed materials and exercises and also get session recordings to enhance growth.
While results differ per client, all our clients get excellent results because God is involved. If you show up and do the work, you will begin to see results in about 6-8 weeks. Clients who aren't committed to their own growth, and who don't show up and do the work won't get the same results. An immediate blessing begins right away as you find a safe and welcome place to grow into the woman you're created to be.
The most important thing to remember is that you are partnering with God and investing in your life to create a future of greater hope, joy, and peace.
