The Flourish course has pre-recorded training lessons, materials, and downloads with 2 live group sessions each month. Training covers Emotions, Mindset, and Self-Image + helping you create a powerful daily quiet time with God. This also includes a private Facebook group and Messenger chat for continual support!
The private coaching is 4 private sessions that you book as needed. 2 per month is recommended. This is personalized for you, whereas Flourish lessons are already created to help you get the most for your Emotions, Mindset, and Self-Image. Private Sessions can cover any area of need. Private coaching gives you a plan and strategy we create together specifically for you!
The pay-in-full option gives you lifetime access to the course so you can do it on your own time.
With private coaching you are buying 4 full-length sessions (up to 90 minutes) that can be booked as needed. Two sessions per month is highly recommended, but not required. There is no expiration date.
