With mindset being the biggest piece, we need a "renewed mind" that the Bible talks about in Romans 12:1-2. You can renew your mind to become more positive! My training and certification is from Light University, Ellel Ministries International, Forerunner Ministries, and I hold a degree in Biblical Studies with the International School of Ministry.
